However, we have determined that SERVICE is the most important function a supplier can provide to a customer. The price on an invoice for product can be insignificant to the total cost, if the is product is not at the job on time and complete, delays are expensive!

While no company is perfect, we strive to provide the best service in the industry, which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Timely Quotes -all quotes (with few exceptions) are done in 1-2 business days.
  2. Review for Code Compliance - checking for Egress, county, and state codes.
  3. Job-site verification of quote - verify takeoffs at the jobsite to insure accuracy.
  4. On-time delivery
  5. Screen installation and final quality check - We hold screens for windows until they are needed or the house is completed. When you are ready, we will install the screens and check the operation of each window if we have access to the home. NOTE: Multi-family projects – We will install screens for an additional charge if desired
